Forklift Operator / Order Picker

1. Can you introduce yourself and describe your job in a few words?

My name is Maxime, I'm 28 and I'm a forklift operator and order picker. My job is to prepare orders in a precise order. The picking slip tells me which products to pick and in what quantities. I'm also responsible for retrieving bottled goods from the plant and putting them away, either in bulk or in racks, using various forklift trucks. I also have to load orders onto trucks, checking that everything is in order, and unload goods received from outside companies (suppliers), receiving them according to a well-defined process.

2. What are the top 3 things you enjoy most about your daily work/tasks?

- Receiving and storing pallets
- The variety of tasks, which makes each day interesting
- The working atmosphere with my colleagues

3. Why did you choose to join SOBEMAB? What values matter most to you at SOBEMAB?

I chose to join SOBEMAB because I was looking for a job in logistics, and an opportunity came up in 2021. The values that matter most to me at SOBEMAB are the company's efforts to reduce its carbon footprint and its commitment to lowering daily water consumption.
