2024, a Year of Resilience and Innovation for Sobemab

The past then the future…

In January 2024, Sobemab lost a mobile unit in an accident for the first time
since its creation.

2024, a complicated year and in the face of this adversity, three fundamental
values came to the fore:

• patience: from our customers with their support
• team spirit and solidarity 🤝: all the teams at SOBEMAB, our company NINOT and our colleagues in the sector were able to adapt, make themselves available and help us to ensure continuity of service.

Thanks to the collective commitment 💪 the company achieved a production record in 2024 with almost 15 million bottles produced, despite the constraints.

The new mobile unit, the Truck 10 🚛, was delivered on time on 1 April, allowing the company to regain operational autonomy.

This reconstruction involved:

• the Richelieu Industrie bodywork: 1302 hours of work over 3 months, 6 people.
• our historic partner Stone Industrie: 2030 h of design office (3 people) and 2200 h of assembly (5 people over 3 months).

The innovations of this new truck in detail:

• abandonment of the generator set in favour of an electric system.
• automation of regeneration and sterilisation.
• recovery of bottle rinsing water for customers.
• reducing the workload for operators by installing new, more ergonomic
• equipment (lifting tables).
• maintenance of Vis, Stelvin Lux capping services.
• inerting.

With an average capacity of 4,500 bottles per hour, operating from Chablis to Gigondas, from St Pourçain-Sancerre to the Jura, we wish a long and happy life to Truck 10, a true partner in the field and the pride of the Property team, serving our customers!
