A forerunner in Beaujolais and Mâconnais in 1968, Sobemab has never stopped bringing the bottling and bottling service to the property since. In more than 50 years, it has enriched its offer and developed its know-how. It is today one of the most recognized mobile operators by large domains and independent winegrowers. Its flexibility and responsiveness make it one of the most valuable partners.

Chablis, Jura, Burgundy, Mâconnais, Beaujolais, Côtes du Rhône, Châteauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Saint-Pourçain, Sancerre, … Sobemab is present in all the vineyards of the grand quarter-east of France. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Syrah, Sauvignon, … its mobile teams know the wines from each of these grape varieties and master their bottling with great precision.

Before each bottling of your wines, our teams carry out a complete diagnosis: sampling, filtration, dry matter, planning, … each step is clearly defined and validated by a protocol. Depending on the cuvées, the 2 dedicated filters intervene upstream to prepare the wines.

On the day of bottling, one of the 4 bottling trucks equipped with a rinsing-wine tap-corker line, a filtration unit and a dedicated team – 1 team leader, 1 forklift driver and 3 operators – are active in the field.

The dedicated team carries out the bottling of your wines according to a perfectly defined process, while adapting to the constraints of the moment. Every gesture is counted, every manipulation measured: all the interventions on your wine require fingering and a flawless technical knowledge so that your cuvees are perfectly protected in their bottle.

Our teams and equipment fleet allow us to intervene on bottling volumes from 100 Hl. Our trucks are equipped with a rinsing-wine tap-corker line with a filtration membrane group.

Bottling is the final step before your cuvees are marketed. This is a key moment in the life of wine. It comes after a long time of work in the vine and in the cellar, each winemaker having put his talent and his energy to develop them. This crucial step is a challenge that our teams must meet every time. To do this, they must fully understand, beforehand, the choices you have made and your expectations. A perfect alliance is then made between you and our team.

Choice of solutions and equipment, day of intervention, planning, nothing is left to chance. 
Each person must then respect the wine entrusted to him. Drastic hygiene measures, supports in contact with nitrogen-inert wine, careful adjustments, … our teams are now turning the eyes and hands of the winemaker.
